In stone massage, both hot and cold stones are combined with various massage techniques to produce a unique treatment that can be adapted to meet the needs of each client. Stone massage can be used for relaxation, injury rehabilition, energy balance, deep tisse, and reflexology treatments. It can also be incorporated into spa treatments as an accent or to provide textual variety.

The foundation workshop of ABST prepares participants to deliver a 90 minute full body stone massage and create therapeutic aromatherapy blends. Detailed demonstrations, plenty of hands-on practice and a comprehensive packet of written materials, diagrams and pictures make this workshop popular and practical.

An introductory workshop for massage therapists and bodyworkers looking to integrate craniosacral techniques into regular sessions. Foundational principles of craniosacral therapy are introduced and explored. The majority of workshop time focuses on intuitive listening, application of specific techniques, and practice integrating craniosacral techniques into Swedish, relaxation, or treatment sessions.
